spinach quiche

quiche but the pronounce is kish...(more or less la) very the beza kan ejaan dgn bunyik..hadoi..kalo salah sebut nih malu mak nokk...

okeh, smlm try buat untuk iman...

doh dia ai guna unsalted butter & tepung gandum..uli sampai boleh jadikkan base & tepek kat loyang..bakar dulu for 10 mins & ketepikan..

fillings dia guna spinach, carrot, seekor prawn,bawang merah sket

fillings tu tumis lah mcm biasa & tuang atas base tadi..ai tumis dgn olive oil

then pecah kan telor & masukkan stengan cawan fresh milk..kacau mcm buat telo dadar tu..then pour atas filings (yg dah buh atas base tu)

after that parut cheese sebanyak mana yg suke & bakar around 30mins 175C

iman makan macam nak tanak jer sbb maybe sayo2 tu bukan nasik kot...memilih betul budak iman ni skang...but he likes the base..hmmm....

next time ingat nk try lagik la..tp nk guna doh yg ready made punye...mana nak carik yer????
